ultimately more the exception than the rule.
India is experiencing trouble finding skilled
technology workers, but so is every other country.
Many more contracts will be filled by workers
from India than from the United States as a result
of outsourcing.
Yet the horrors of outsourcing are largely
overblown. At the end of the day, everyone
benefits from better technology.
