Enterprise IT Outsourcing - Reversing the offshoring model

Erasmus made this comment,
The so-called reverse offshoring model is ultimately more the exception than the rule. India is experiencing trouble finding skilled technology workers, but so is every other country. Many more contracts will be filled by workers from India than from the United States as a result of outsourcing.

Yet the horrors of outsourcing are largely overblown. At the end of the day, everyone benefits from better technology.
